WHAT I DO: I help companies automate mechanical processes through the implementation of robotic sub-assemblies. I learn what the application is to then derive from that that technical requirements and ultimately provide the customer with calculated solutions to achieve them. SERVICES I PROVIDE: To ensure customer success, I provide the below with each new application. - Calculating System Requirements (force, speed, accuracy, bearings, controls, duty cycles etc.) - Size/Select components that meet those specs (speed, torque, inertia, moment loads etc.) - Providing Solutions (Actuators, Motors, Gearing, Bearings, Drives, Controls etc.) - Assist in the customer's design to ensure successful implementation of new products and technologies - Aid in the commissioning and programming of new machines. - Provide insights to new technologies to help customers optimize their machine results. WHO I WORK WITH: I help automation companies across California design, build and manufacture OEM equipment.
