Graduated from UCT with BscHon in Electrical and Computer engineering and took up an opportunity to be enrolled in a graduate program for aspiring field engineers in the oil and gas industry. Graduated from the program and embraced my role as a junior field Engineer for Electro hydraulic subsea safety systems. I then set my sights on the industrial automation industry and accepted a position as Technical Sales Engineer for pneumatic and electrcial automation components. I was given the honour of managing the portfolios for our range of electric actuators as well as our first to market wireless valve bank. I quickly became the main point of contact for Industry 4.0 enquiries. An opportunity arose for me to use the skillset I had aquired by dealing with clients at a technical level and work in an industry which has always bene a passion of mine. I accpeted a role as Aerospace technical support engineer and Account manager for a satellite ADCS solution provider. My duties include but are not limited to: - Client support for all post sales technical queries. - Order management from inception to fulfillment. - Liasing with sales manager and production manager and managing expectations. - Liasing with Engineering manager. - Invoice tracking and payment management. - Root cause analysis - In orbit support - Procedure implementation
