Learn to 1- maintenance & Installation for all model of Video jet machines Excel (170i) VJ 1000s – TIJ 8520,8510 ,m610 machine – marsh 2300s large char Laser printer VJ 3340. , VJ 7440 ,7330 its interface on pc fiber laser 7320 marking on metal, steel labeling machine (Videojet 9550 , EIDOS , NOVEXX ) all of this machine (installing, technical training, maintenance,TCO calculations) 2- learn how to work with pneumatic & fluids system controlled by check valve - Air solenoids – pump – flow sensors– pressure regulator 3- learn how to understand systems , tracing problems & fix it 4- learn how to modify software & fonts of ink jet machine 5- learn how to work with sensors, shaft encoder, some filling machine & label machine, PLC and classic control (relays, timers, motor drivers,) 6- arrange service maintenance table 7- work with any machine by using manual, internet even without training 8- search for data of new machines to improve our services 9- learn how to fix machine & technical problem solving remotely 10- use (third party) program to fix, edit or manage machine 11- know how to work in factories like (Pepsi, Coca cola, Ahram beverages,..) 12- add values to our customers give technical solutions from our machines 13- make tables of the most resent spare parts to get a stoke of it 14-work as engineer team leader (train, tasks, performance report) 15- good knowing of material ,packaging substrate and samples test 16 -assign suitable machines for each application select needed parts make offer for it 17- organize all customers history data offers , samples ,contacts and projects details 18 - key account handle quotations , deals negotiations 19 - problem solving as learning to work smart as partner of success of our customers 20 - have good knowledge and references on installation and integration with different production lines (khs, universalpack, Tna,...)
