My professional experience includes fields such as healthcare, customer service and administrative /clerical experience. Currently, I’m working as an Administrative Assistant II at UCLA Health Systems in Culver City, CA. Some of my responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via telephone, performing day to day administrative functions, and general office duties including filing patient records, faxing correspondents, data entry, maintaining physician schedules, building good rapports with customers to effectively understand their needs and properly provide assistance, maintaining organized records and documentation, and resolving patient complaints. I enjoy working with the public and implementing policies. I hope to continue my education and experience to further my knowledge within the public sector.
