Waldo Gerber

I am a determined and enthusiastic engineering graduate (BEng Electronic Engineering) from the University of Pretoria. During my studies I quickly developed a passion for optimization and control systems engineering and conducted my final year project within the field of autonomous vehicle navigation with the use of GPS.Currently, I am working as an optimization engineer in the mining industry while studying towards a master's degree in industrial engineering, at Stellenbosch University. In the years to come, I aim to learn as much as I possibly can from my experienced collegues and prove myself as a capable project and systems engineer as I work on various challenging, multi-disciplinary and resource intensive projects.With a bachelor's in electronics engineering, soon a masters in industrial engineering and currently gaining experience in one of the most testing working environments out there, I believe that I will have the necessary technological edge, industrial expertise and invaluable experience to guide, develop and progress any business towards achieving new heights.My Curriculum Vitae is available on request.
