• Hands on experience in handling data center elements, server hardware and software, enterprise storage operations and developing server, storage and backup solutions. • Expert knowledge and skills in data backup solutions (EMC Avamar BackupExec, NetBackup, ArcServ and Actifio), virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere and MS Hyper-V). • Excellent knowledge of SAN installation, EMC Control Centre, Navisphere Manager, HP Storage Works, NetApp onCommand System Manager and HP Command View, large storage arrays (EMC Symmetrix and Clariion, HP EVA and 3-PAR and NetApp Filers), and data center outsourcer. • Excellent skills in the administration, configuration, maintenance and support of MS Windows and Linux server platforms. • Experience on server hardware, blade systems, tape libraries and storage (SAN, NAS, DAS, Hyperconverged (HP, Dell, Cisco UCS and IBM) for daily operations and troubleshooting. • Backup Library Management: Perform daily monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Backups on Windows, Linux servers, maintaining Scratch Volumes and Log Monitoring daily. • Monitor, manage and report day-to-day on all elements of Infrastructure including servers, network equipment, storage, virtualisation infrastructure, backup and recovery support activities using verities of monitoring tools including MS SCCM, SCOM, Nagios, PRTG, SolarWinds, vSphere, MS SCVMM, etc. • Excellent skills and knowledge with firewalls and proxy server systems (in-house and cloud-based such as MS TMG, Websense, Cisco ASA, Fortigate, CheckPoint and PaloAlto UTMs). • Excellent skills and experience with enterprise Anti-virus systems (Symantec EPP in-house and cloud-based, TrendMicro and MacAfee). • Excellent skills and experience with the day-to-day operation of a Citrix XDS farm/site 7.6 • Excellent skills and experience in creating and developing an SOE using appropriate tools like MS SCCM. • Provide 3rd level support in an ITIL environment.
