*Extensive 17 years of experience across all aspects of developing, supervising, coordinating and building for a wide variety of clients. &handled all aspects of construction operations including the oversight of preconstruction *Act as a primary quality resource and exhibit leadership for the Management Team with respect to quality policies and standards.& Manage (internal and external) customer and supplier relations, expectations, and needs * Extensive technical knowledge and practical experience of testing, pre- commissioning and commissioning large construction fields. *Collaborate with the Company's Director of Quality Assurance for the development of quality systems and certification processes for the Region.& Monitor and advises on how the quality program is performing *Able to Lead the Commissioning Team to defining the systems testing requirementsin line with the overall commissioning strategy. *Actively assists Fabrication and Construction staff in identifying potential improvements to procedures and approaches to the work from a quality control prospective *Write and maintain various formal quality management documents such as manuals, policies, procedures, plans, checklists and records appropriate to existing and emerging regulator, client and internal needs *Responsible for investigation, evaluation, trending and appropriate corrective action for customer quality related complaints *Ensure effective delegation and coordination of direct report activities and assign task to Inspection and support personnel. *Liaise with Purchasing and Operations to establish quality requirements and ensure that suppliers and sub-contractors are rated as to their ability to conform. *Technical familiarity throughout the delivery project lifecycle
