Wallace L. Butler

Wallace Butler recently joined DocuSign in October 2021. He joined the growing Public Sector Transactional Team. His focus is to successfully close transactions for US Federal, State and Local customers and close transactions with International customers in New Zealand, Singapore, Australia, the UK and Ireland. Mr. Butler joined ICF Incorporated in January of 2020 as a Senior Manager. Mr. Butler is primarily focused on contract management from cradle to grave for large and small commercial contracts with utility companies and Public Sector contracts, including for Federal, and State and local Governments. His responsibilities also include managing procurement law matters and assisting in program management strategies. Prior to joining ICF, Mr. Butler opened up a Allstate Office which he operated and managed for 3 years increasing the size of the business -- hiring 3 employees and utilizing effective marketing techniques and business development strategies. Mr. Butler started at Serco Inc. In 2012, as Assistant Secretary and Assistant General Counsel, primarily responsible for corporate matters and Federal Civil and State and Local transactional and compliance matters. He was was Counsel and Senior Manager at Accenture Federal Services LLC, where he was responsible for a wide spectrum of legal services and support for major civilian and defense programs and agencies and quasi-government systems integrators and non-profit organizations. Before joining Accenture in 2004 as a senior manager, Mr. I held several positions in the telecommunications and IT industries as a senior negotiator or counsel for such companies as Sprint, Verizon, Comsat, EDS and Voicestream. Mr. Butler earned a B.A. In Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D. From Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Butler is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
