In my 30+ years of professional background, I have working on IT & Business operations, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics projects and, in the lastest 15 years, on Pre-Sales/Sales. In addition, I have managed delivery teams at the companies which I have worked for. I was a Project Manager at one of the biggest Microsoft CRM implementation in Brazil between 2006~2008. I collect credentials, certifications and projects sold, managed and implemented with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics CRM, SQL Server databases and .NET platform. I merge technical, functional, managerial and executive skills, with ease to act on any of these fronts. The implemented projects include the most varied industries such as Health Care, Products, Logistics, Financial Services, Mining, Media and Telecom. In the past I was a post-graduation professor at FIAP College. Currently I am Senior Premier Field Engineer at Microsoft.
