NY - overbuild of the railroad between Amtrak's New York Penn Station and the North river tunnels. Managing and scheduling the OCS and 3rd. Rail power requirements for Brookfield, Amtrak and Long Island Railroad (LIRR). East Side Access Project. Providing Peer reviews for various contract packages, producing IPSchedules, re-baseline and integrate the IPS into the current schedule. BWI station Elevator replacement & station rehabilitation - $2.5M 138KV cable replacement through the Baltimore / Union tunnels -- $20M Managed this 4 phase project with each phase involving the demolition of concrete encasement, construction of new concrete encased duct bank, installed cable conduits, cable, tested & commissioned the system. The project was constructed over 55 hour weekends and under rail traffic. A&S Branch transmission system replacement & substation upgrades - $30M Managed the removal of 100 miles of old transmission lines and 600 old structures, and installed 247 new towers, 100 miles of new transmission, hardware & OPGW fiber. B&P tunnel floor stabilization -- $1M Perryville Sanitary high pressure sewer system --$1.5M This project required the installation of 1.2 miles of HP line & new lift station.
