My passion is advising business owners and assisting in streamlining operations, maximizing profits, uplifting company culture, and growing a brand. I recognize and esteem relationships formed between businesses and their supporting clientele and communities; although I enjoy crunching numbers and chasing a margin, I value the personal aspect of business because without people, businesses cease to exist. Within the insurance industry, I strive to educate and review, focusing on the client relationship, and enabling the client to choose the best plan and company. I oversee, hire and train brokers to close sales but stress the importance of being of service to the client and their community. I'm a firm believer that the right type of collaboration yields exponential results; as Steve Jobs said, "Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people."
