I start my carrier as an engineer, process engineer in one of the multinational company. Gain experience, work culture, time management, project coordinator, new model introduction, teamwork. As 5 year past, I move to an automotive company till present. With the 5 year experience in production line, I move to sales company which related to after sales and customers. New things to learn and a lot new challenges that I gone through since then. Now, already 13 years in the automotive industries, after sales division teach me new experience. Although not same industry, similar work culture, teamwork, new project, project leaders and day to day is new challenge. Teamwork is the most important if we in the working society. Challenges may be varies, but with strong teamwork every single things can be face with the best solution.
