About MeWanda Garcia brings seventeen years of experience as a full and part time real estate professional in successful multifaceted transactions, including new construction sales, residential re-sale and lease, short-sales, foreclosure, and investment properties to name a few. Wanda’s career also includes vast experience as a professional in public and private organizations in San Juan, Puerto Rico providing public relations, marketing, and customer services.Her real estate business is based on more than 80 percent of “referrals” from satisfied clients, providing excellent customer service and commitment to work hard for buyers and sellers, earning their trust, confidentially and loyalty.Because of her interest with philanthropic missions, she continued and fulfilled graduate studies at Cambridge College in Boston, Massachusetts obtaining a Master of Education in Not-For-Profit Organizations Management. After graduation, she became a volunteer for various nonprofit organizations in Puerto Rico, collaborating with the Board of Directors, Public Relations and Development Committees, among others for the benefits of the homeless population.Wanda has a bachelor’s degree in Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of the Sacred Heart in San Juan, Puerto Rico.In 2016, she relocated to Miami, Florida. She had the professional experience of developing and establishing the Volunteer Program for Compassionate Care Hospice (currently knows as Amedisys) and collaborated with the Hospice Director to plan, coordinate, and manage volunteer activities, as a new start-up business.In 2019, she acquired the Florida Sales Associate License to continue her real estate career in the estate of Florida. She has been passionate about real estate and she wants to chart a path of helping others by serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.
