Former CT Police Officer with a history as a Detective, Exhibits Officer, Operations Room, Intelligence Cell and more recently as an accomplished and highly sought after trainer and exercise designer delivering products throughout the UK and abroad Skilled in Intelligence and investigative development, the design and delivery of training and exercising to extreme threat level, delivery of manuals, SOPs, SAPs, Lesson Plans and Detailed User Guides on systems such as CLIO by Badger Software (writing the process for use in a critical incident with accompanying guides and training which have proven worth in recent events) and NCIA (National Common Intelligence Application used by CT policing nationally) Delivered products locally, regionally and nationally to the CT Network, JESIP and other partners Designed and delivered core courses such as induction courses for covert ops to advanced courses, debriefing courses nationally and internationally (example: delivered courses in Tunisia) adhering to College of Policing aims and objectives, operations room courses, intelligence cells linking into operational, through tactical and strategic level with full interoperability with covert and overt assets. Recently in demand delivering many products for the network and helping to inform the design and write of new policy and procedure from lessons learnt. 17 years CT experience delivering training and exercising for the network such as readiness training up to the Olympic Games in 2012 and post the Olympics designing and delivering Ops rooms, Fusion, intelligence cell & Clio training with bespoke exercises to ensure the network is able to respond dynamically to unfolding situations.
