YFS was in an excellent position during the COVID years with most of the organisation able to work from home. My role overlapped / incorporated working as a Service Delivery Manager as I made many connections in different industries, from telecommunications to building security, and many other aspects of ICT. At a Not for Profit you wore many hats, so I was also involved with each years ICT budget. The work was very rewarding as my efforts helped impact the lives of others. Have training in Microsoft’s Azure platform (Foundation and Fundamentals) and have experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 Administration, and completed a training course on Managing Projects using Agile Methods. Since IT study never stops, I have been investigating Python, C Sharp, further study of SharePoint Online and looking to see if Dynamics CRM is something I might enjoy.
