North Ridge is one of the largest privately owned real estate development companies in Saskatchewan. I am actively involved in the 3 pillars of our business: Residential Home Building, Land Development and Commercial Real Estate. My main responsibilities as CFO are: 1) Financing & Treasury; 2) Business Strategy; and 3) Forecasting & Operational Budgeting. I obtain approx. $100 Million per annum in construction and commercial real estate financing. I establish operational & cash flow budgets and monitor our results closely to advise our ownership group of potential strategies should we stray off course.
