• 16 years of experience in design and manufacturing of welding, assembly, checking and machining jigs, fixtures, gauges and bending stacks for the exhaust and automotive industry. • 12 years of experience in manufacturing and repair of stamping and transfer dies and maintenance machine parts. • 2o years of blueprint interpretation and technical GD & T and CMM report interpretations. • 15 years of Cnc milling 3 & 4th axis machines, 2 D and 3D surface programming with G-Codes and M-Codes, setup, operating using (Fanuc, Mazatrol32, Mazatrol PC 640 and ISO/EIA) controls. • 20 years in manual tool room machines e.g. (Milling, Turning, Internal & External Grinding, Jig Grinding, Surface Grinding, Honing, Deep hole drilling) etc. • Great knowledge and experience in different cutting tools, speeds and feeds. • Experience in selecting different types of materials ferrous and non ferrous and the different types of hardening, plating and coating. • Experience in Mig, Tig, Arc and Gas welding. • 16 years experience in designing (3D Models) and detailing using AutoCAD and VISICAM. • Extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing high precision parts in carbon steel, aluminum, tool steel, plastics, brass/bronze, hard steels 54Rc – 62Rc (less than 0.001”) working with precision measuring equipments. • Ability to create 3D models in CAD/CAM software, complex and accurate machining. • Knowledge and experience of working with overhead cranes. • Strong knowledge and experience in training apprentices. • Extensive experience in installing lines and equipment on site. • Critical thinking and decision making. • Use to working with minimum or no supervision.
