Strengths include providing technical consulting for most of the firm’s public sector projects and to his own assigned projects as manager of the team or (Manager of Architecture when DHK is a consultant to an engineering firm). Often is involved with problem solving tasks for innovated ways to streamline the construction process for renovation projects, which are often occupied buildings. Also, provides for a best approach for project organization/documentation and building envelope systems with cost control.
