Wayne co-founded Artisan Design Group in December 2016. He attended Ohio State University and Franklin University, wherein his last year at school he created and operated a commercial floor covering company in Columbus, Ohio specializing in the hospitality market. As the company developed a national presence Wayne decided to move the company to centrally-located Dallas, Texas, and began Malibu Floors, which is licensed in 20 states. In December 2016 Malibu joined ADG. Today, Wayne continues to serve as President of Malibu. Under his leadership, Malibu has expanded its scope of servicing customers throughout the United States.
