Wayne has over 25 years experience in general IT Management this is supported by 16 years experience in managing projects and corporate programs, across Australasia. His capabilities were gained through an extensive practical and theoretical experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and a comprehensive background in setting architectural strategies. He has a proven ability to operate at the highest levels within a corporation and delivery oriented approach to aligning business functions with bottom line responsibilities. His core capabilities have been developed through combining program management, solution development, strategic planning and vendor management. Wayne uses his practical knowledge of business principles to understand the business needs of the organisation and develop strategic plans to address these needs. These capabilities have been practically applied through the establishing of various project and program offices and the development of program methodologies within a number of diverse industry verticals. Wayne has extensive solution architecture experience with capabilities that have been developed through comprehensive application of business analysis, strategic planning and vendor management skills. Wayne has used his comprehensive business knowledge to closely work with functional managers, within large organisations, to gather business and functional requirements.
