Wayne Tollemache

With more than 30 years of business experience including nine years living and working in Asia I have developed a significant range of unique skills that have been instrumental in my success. An experienced C level executive, business consultant and mentor, and professional director I have a proven track record of turning companies around and growing market share in domestic and international markets. I am a charted member of the Institute of Directors NZ and have been recognised as a Top Diverse Board-Ready Director for 2021. From early 2004 to 2012 I was living and working in Asia as a senior executive heading up a market leading organisation. During this time I acquired and built a significant understanding of doing business in multiple markets as well as a wide spread range of networks. Since returning to New Zealand I have been keeping myself rather busy with several governance and business advisory roles.
