I really enjoy working as a team and for an organisation I can believe in. By working as a team we achieve our mutual and individual goals. In many cases working as a team means working within an individual role or project for the good of the team. Overwhelmingly working towards agreed targets are fundamental aims that must be accomplished. Some of my fondest memories and proudest achievements moreover, personal development have come from organisations I have been proud to be part of. Having input, creating genuine camaraderie on all levels and the desire to excel within my professional environment are things I am passionate about. My professional heritage created an analytical nature which has in most cases been advantageous to me. The old adage “measure twice cut once” is a good path to follow; by simply double checking data, affirming a client’s requirements or ensuring an agenda has been agreed by all can save so much time. Efficiency is vital, completing a task in a timely manner lets us move on to speak to a new client, arrange a new proposal or plan the next objective.
