Wei Han

Wei is working as a position of Senior Technical Director in PeopleSoft Saas offeringat IBM. He brings total 17 years of IT industry experience and most this experience is in PeopleSoft field together with e-Commerce and Web development experience. He has been working with AT&T/IBM for more than 9 years. He leads a very senior team of US PeopleSoft Client Technical Lead, Application Engineer, and DBAs from last 4 years in AT&T/IBM, with matrix management of larger group of engineers in corresponding International team. He has experience working with customers in many industry verticals, higher education, manufacturing, transportation, logistic, Financial, cosmetic, health care, and energy. Apart from challenged leadership role, Wei has been playing key roles in the organization to lead the technology and operation effectiveness improvement of hosting service, participating in support sponsorship program for key clients, personal involvement in various complex technology projects, and involving in high-level client stewardship meetings.
