QUALIFICATIONS:• Solid background in organic/polymer synthesis and formulation with emphasis on polymer structure-property relationships for coating and adhesive applications• Strong knowledge of polymeric materials and nano technologies for coating and adhesive applications, specifically in silicones, silicone-acrylates, silicone-urethanes, urethane-acrylates, epoxies, polyimides, polyesters, polyamides, polish agents, etc.• Excellent leadership capabilities - effective leadership and encouraging innovation with right resource/skills needed to accomplish project objectives. O Oversee technical staff in the development of innovative and novel approaches for new product development• In-Depth understanding & use of Design for Six Sigma on new product development process to shorten product development cycle and provide high quality and high value added products to satisfy customer/market needs • Excellent troubleshooting abilities in Wash & Wax, polish agents, PSA, silicone, clear/hard coatings, UV curing coating, thin film coatings, superhydrophobic coatings, and nano technologiesSpecialties: Organic/polymer systhesis, Silicone release coating for PSA, Personal care and car Appearance products.
