Wendi Bevins

I am a French-speaking resilience professional who is passionate about climate justice. I have experience supporting resilience-building development projects in all aspects of the project cycle, from theory of change to final evaluation. I've also used project and program level data to advocate for better policies at the national and international level. Analytically, I have experience setting up systems to collect and analyze quantitative data. I enjoy using this data to shape a structure through which qualitative data can be gathered and analyzed, especially when the people providing the data are part of its analysis and sense-making. My best work experiences have been putting into practice an innovative idea with a group of committed colleagues. I enjoy contributing to team successes and learning from team challenges. I intentionally build relationships with my co-workers and nurture those relationships in an attempt to bring out the best of their (and my) contributions.
