Hierdoor heb ik me breed kunnen ontwikkelen tot een gedreven sociale- en organisatie professional. Vanaf 2015 richt ik me, vanuit Wesselius Advies & Management, op organisaties in beweging en/of verandering. Mijn specialisaties liggen met name op het gebied van strategisch HR en verandermanagement. Ik voel me dan ook het meest op mijn plek tijdens reorganisatie-, fusie- en transitietrajecten. Mijn kracht ligt in de opbouw/ ombouw van nieuwe/ andere dienstverlening, HRD en/of cultuurverandering. Ik ben aangesloten en geregistreerd bij het NIP.
