Hi, I'm Wesley Csendom👋 I grew up in the country without internet and commuted 2 hours a day for 4 years to earn a computer science degree. Below are some of my proudest moments: • Scaling ACV Auctions product and tech team from 30 to 130 folks from VC to IPO and growing the transportation team from 1 engineer to 20+ members in 3 time zones that earned 40%+ of the company revenue • Reducing Emergency Room visits by >50% and enabling over 100 daily telemedicine healthcare visits for my client during my first full time product management role • Working with Mark Zuckerberg's former TA to develop a course to teach internet and networking concepts to 1st year computer science students in a flipped classroom format at the University at Buffalo • Co-organizing Buffalo Unconference for the city of Buffalo where I worked with AT&T to sponsor and hold a TED talk style event for 100+ attendees and speakers • Enabling an early stage DOD government contracting company to achieve a CMMI Level 2 appraisal and ship military grade hardware and software as the organizations first PM intern • Serving as a PM mentor with Out of Office Hours to help jumpstart aspiring PM's and SWE's careers • Winning 3rd place out of 100 candidates in my first hackathon for the City of Buffalo's Civic Innovation Challenge If you'd like to check out more about me on the web see my Twitter, Instagram, Medium @wcsendom or on my personal site at wesleycsendom.com
