Manager of a CNC machine shop where everything is about Spine. We are committed to Revolutionizing the approach to Spine Surgery. Our role in this is supporting R&D product development through rapid prototyping, DFM and testing for 510K submissions. We also manufacture custom surgical instruments to provide surgeons with special needs in the OR. In addition we machine gauges, instrument reworks and small batches of production. We have 3 Tsugami's, 1 Mori Seiki Mill Turn, 5 Haas mills with 5th axis abilities, 3 EDM's, 2 surface grinders, 1 agithon grinding, a deep hole gun drill, in house welding, conventional lathes and mills. We program with Esprit, Master Cam and Solid Works. The shop has one of the best cultures in the area. We do thousands of different individual components a year and we are fast pace and extremely efficient. It is easy to Manage when you have a great team and when senior management has direction and knows where they are leading.
