Wesley Oxenham

Hello 👋🏼 I’m Wesley, a Mauritian-born entrepreneur and product designer. I graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2008, and launched my first startup in that same year. In 2012, Ebay acquired my company, and I moved to Silicon Valley where I joined the Stubhub Ebay team. During my time at eBay, I set up and managed a new maps design team in Stubhub's Shanghai office, and worked with my-co-founder on Stubhub's revamped event page, which had over 16 million monthly active users. My product and company was featured in various media like The Strait Times Singapore, The Business Times, The Sunday Times, Techcrunch, Tech in Asia, NUS Enterprise, L'express and Business Magazine.Following this, I started a social enterprise called Farmcity, to build the next wave of agripreneurs that will help create a more equal food system. In 2020, Farmcity expanded to Singapore and was featured on CNN International TV. With a companion app and a game played over Instagram, we empowered city dwellers to grow food easily, no green thumbs needed. I have lived on 3 different continents, and that has fuelled my interest in photography. In my spare time, I also enjoy helping entrepreneurs with mentorship and product design guidance.
