Westly Perryman

Former Divison 1 College basketball player. Playing sports at the collegiate level taught me so many things that I carry on in my everyday life. I was able to become great at time management skills , teamwork , communication , leadership , people skills, networking and the ability to thrive in the toughest situations. I’ve always wanted to be the best at everything so I pride myself in having a strong work ethic. One thing about me is that I love to help others reach their potential as well , that’s why I was appointed captain of the basketball team at Boise State and after my career I became an Assistant Manager at Enterprise. Being a leader is what I’ve excelled at but I am also very coachable and willing to learn. Taking what I already know and adding that to what I am taught by others I feel as though I can only grow and win. I come from poverty, single parent household where we had no idea where our next meal was coming from. What I did with all the adversity I’ve been through as a kid was take and use it as motivation to make it out of the rough neighborhood I grew up in. I went on to receive a full athletic scholarship and graduate college , which made me the only one in my family to do so. I’m grateful for how far I’ve come in life but I’m only getting started !
