Hinckley In almost every industry, creating and having a solid foundation is the essence of maintaining a thriving, successful business. When that solid foundation is present, it creates a culture and reputation within the company that is driven and resolute. As an experienced and determined professional, my goal is to create that foundation in all aspects, no matter the position. I always had this passion for developing, creating, organizing, and establishing harmony in things and putting things together — being the glue so to speak — in everything I do. The goal is to always keep these things flowing in a smooth manner. From high school by being in the advanced jazz band playing the alto saxophone, to working at Macy’s as a Product Assistant, they have all provided ways for me in learning and applying organization, newness, attention to detail, data analysis, teamwork, and gaining leadership skills. With my experience in retail operations, production, sales, and administrative assistant duties over the span of 12 years, I take pride in establishing an organized, proactive, and engaging environment. As a consumer myself, it is important for me to create a foundation that would reflect on what consumers look for, like, and appreciate, on top of delivering results for the company. In using my multitasking, adaptability, communication, and organizational skills, I noticed positive impacts on different facets in the positions I have held, such as consistent merchandise organization and timely order management which aided in increased clientele engagements and meeting sales goals, better organized documentation, improved data management, and open communication with vendors to meet costing targets. With this, I am eager to apply these skills — while acquiring new skills — excel in the given role, and be a great asset.
