I am an Estimator / Contracts Administrator based in Sydney with experience and skills in managing all costs-related building projects from the initial calculations to the final figures and work out to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards & quality. Specialties: Pre-contract experience includes cost planning and estimating from concept to detailed design, contract preparation, bid preparation and tender return evaluation and negotiation. Post-contract experience includes contract administration, variations and claims evaluation and negotiation, and final account resolution. I am experienced in a range of building types and in particular on refurbishment and fit-out projects.
