Widya Lestaluhu

Widya’s first foray into real estate started in 2009 when she joined a boutique firm in Singapore called DST International as a Sales & Marketing Executive. She is a pioneer in International Residential Project Marketing , specialising in the UK and Japan markets, and is part of the acquisition by JLL Singapore in 2011, where she joined as Sales Manager. With 8 years of success under her belt, Widya was then seconded to Indonesia in 2016 to lead the IP business for JLL. Widya also has a role in Business Development for IP in Southeast Asia while she still continues on her responsibilities as the Head of IP in Indonesia. Her extended role on Business Development is to lead the marketing strategies in the region, with main focus to expand and strengthen JLL’s IP capabilities in Indonesia, Thailand and other emerging markets in Southeast Asia. Widya leads a team of experienced salespersons, marketing and business development executives, with a strong focus on marketing residential developments in the key cities of London, Tokyo, New York, Los Angelos and Sydney.
