Will Barry

My experience is in leading digital projects that connect people to knowledge. I started my career in digital design, animation and video editing, before moving into digital education projects for primary and secondary students and later, the corporate sector. Narrative and knowledge building has been key tenets to my approach throughout my career, informing my user-centric approach to creative problem solving. My career has been balanced between working for large organisations, freelancing and within agency which affords me an understanding of the different organisational contexts in which solutions are conceived and deployed. In my current role I lead discovery, user research and User Experience Design on digital projects at Conduct, managing a small team of highly talented designers.
