With over 22 years of experience of working in development management I have a wide range of knowledge, enhanced by previously working in the public sector at both County and District levels. I advise on many aspects of planning, representing numerous high-profile clients whilst working on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects. I specialise in the management and undertaking of site appraisals and strategies, masterplanning, submission of planning, listed building and other applications representing a wide range of both private and public-sector clients. These include international banking and investment groups such as AEW, UBS and ING property funds; house builders and associations including Orbit, Midland Heart and Keepmoat; national retailers including Grafton Group and Central Midland Cooperative; together with developers and land owners; Homes England; Ebbsfleet Development Corporation; local authorities; charities and landed estates. Complimentary skills include project and budget management, ensuring resources and the financial aspects of projects and team’s workloads and performance operate to agreed budgets and timescales. I have managed colleagues ensuring individuals administer and coordinate successfully, work as a team and objectives are met. This has included ensuring workloads are appropriate, duties are preformed and provided advice, objective setting and performance appraisals.
