Will Dugdale

“Confidence breeds success and success breeds confidence. Confidence applied properly surpasses genius.” Currently I am working on learning the foundations of business, to further my knowledge in this sector. Whilst developing my skill set in sales and communication, I am improving my ability to lead a team, and move into project management. In the future I aim to reach a consultancy level across multiple businesses, to train managers for my organisation and expand across the globe. At this point, my focus is personally developing my key skills in order to train and develop other people, whilst building and overseeing a team large enough to expand world-wide. Coming from a background in trade as a carpenter, I picked up a variety of skills, but I always felt restricted and believed I could achieve more. I have always been disciplined and hardworking, but only recenlty found a career that I feel driven by and passionate about. I have been determined to find something that I feel strongly about, and whilst I appreciate that I have a lot to learn, I am grateful and excited to be where I am now, with the opportunity to do so! Prior to starting my career, I achieved grade 5 in saxophone. I love exercising, keeping fit and eating healthily. I’m a keen Boxing fan and I’m going to pick up kickboxing again soon! I Love TED talks, reading, and furthering my knowledge, constantly learning and evolving. I recently set myself a new goal to read a new book every week!
