Also Vice President and Executive Director of Selectcare, Inc., which was BMA’s health Maintenance Organization.Hartford Insurance Group - Bill began his insurance career with ITT Hartford’s employee Benefits Division in Hartford, CT, advancing through numerous levels in the Group Underwriting Department. In 1986 he was appointed Vice President and Director. In 1988 Bill was appointed Vice President and Director of National Accounts, Sales and Management. National Accounts comprised 5 units including: a.) Underwriting responsibility for all accounts in excess of 5,000 lives and any prospect with alternative funding. B.) ITT Unit, responsible for service to Hartford’s parent company c.) National Account Sales, representing Hartford’s National Accounts Team in the brokerage and consulting communities d.) National Accounts Management Team whose responsibilities were to provide full service for the company’s largest and most prestigious in-force cases e.)
