I'm well experienced in competency based interview skills and the recruitment and selection process as well as the the use of psychometric assessments in the decision making process. I'm Also registered with the SABPP (SOUTH AFRICAN BOARD for PEOPLE PRACTICES). My new role as Training and development specialist for NWK has positioned me to use my skills as people and organisational developer more extensively and make a real difference in other people lives! With extensive experience on the Retail and Wholesale side of business it gives me precious insight to what employees need regarding skills and competencies to make valuable contributions to the organisation. I am a qualified and registered Psychometrist Independent Practice/Private Practice and completed my Brain based conversation skills and engagement Coaching through the Neuroleadership Institute as wel as an NLP Practitioner and Life coach which I completed through ActionFactory. I do coaching inside and outside the organisation I'm currently working for. I also help Young adults and High School Learners make informed career choices and and assist them gathering information and exploring possibilities. I present Study toolbox Workshops to better enable Learners to master their Study Skills.
