William (Eric) Gardner

I have over a decade of experience in IT and a proven track record of success in the technology industry. In my tenure, I’ve helped turn around several failed support models through arduous work and best practices while providing continuous improvements with cutting edge business technology. I have planned and executed many large-scale business projects in both technical support and leadership roles within very successful businesses. I’ve achieved certification in ITIL & Azure Foundations, ISO 27001 Foundation and Lead Implementer standards, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in physics from Francis Marion University (2013 alum) and a M.S. In Information Technology from Arizona State University as of December, 2021. The experience I bring to an organization is the combination of mastering the application of all IT theory courses in one of the most esteemed universities in the country and over a decade of field experience in jobs involving InfoSec, project management, IT engineering, and development. My continuing interests in IT include networking, IoT, cybersecurity, virtualization/cloud, quantum computing, AI, and infrastructure engineering/support, but I am capable of stepping in and managing and/or working with any information technology team.
