I have a strong business background in all aspects of security operation including audits, drafting of policies and procedures, staff development and training, human resources, recruitment, event security, compliance and asset management. I also have wide experience of multi- purpose venues dealing with matters as varied as the safeguarding of multi-million pound assets at the horse of the year show or ensuring crowd safety at major pop concerts whilst at Olympia Exhibition Centre, to working with home office security or the metropolitan police to protect political leaders or address activism threats to scientific research whilst at Wellcome Trust. Security is my chosen career and one which I really enjoy. It matters to me that the teams I manage and the service we provide are the very best.
