William Gabrielski

I am a 21 year law enforcement professional with thirteen years supervisory experience, eight in criminal/major case investigations. I specialize in surveillance, counter-surveillance and technical investigations. As a team leader, I enjoyed getting my hands dirty and leading by example. I would never ask subordinates to do something I would not be willing to do myself. I value teamwork and believe that team members should be encouraged to use their creativity and expertise in furtherance of the mission. I saw myself as a mentor or coach for my subordinates, and considered it important to assist them in the furtherance of their career goals. In my current role, I help provide law enforcement and military personnel with the technical surveillance equipment that supports their critical missions. I have experience in project management, grant compliance, inventory management, equipment and visitor audits, software management, IP video networking, wireless network configuration, executive protection, access control, electronic and physical surveillance and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM). I served as an instructor for the International Police Mountain Bike Association (IPMBA Police Cyclist), the National Technical Investigators Association (Technical Installations in a High Voltage Environment), and was an invited speaker at the 2015 NATIA Southeast Training Conference for my development of a remote video surveillance platform powered by a methanol fuel cell. I am also well versed in the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote and Sharepoint.
