I have consistently run top performing operations in the South, South Central and Mid Atlantic markets I enjoy developing, and working with successful sales people. I enjoy winning in competitive situations. I believe in a professional approach to business emphasizing accountability to objectives while empowering people to make good decisions. I work with other departments within the accompany to insure desired outcomes. I was recognized as Branch General Manager of the Year for 2011 at our Sales Leadership conference in April 2012. I won Presidents Club for 2012. Over the past 10 years I have been honored with multiple awards of this type. In 2013, Canon and Oce combined to form Canon Solutions America. I initially managed a team of large account professionals scattered around the Southeast and mid- Atlantic areas of the country. I won Presidents Club in 2014 as the top Performing Sales Manager. In 2015 I won Presidents Club and was recognized as top Performing Major Account Director. In 2016 I was promoted to Senior Director Southeast Region. In 2018, my region was among the top 3 performing regions in the country. In 2019 my Region finished second in the country. Through the first Quarter 2020,my Region was number 1 in the country and maintained a top 5 position through MaySpecialties: Excellent management skills; Low turnover of direct reports, Excellent relationship building skills, Board room presentation skills, Complex business negotiations, Winning attitude, Team building, Business process, Budget accountability.
