I have over 25 years’ experience of commercial disputes and insolvency, involving companies, funds and trusts, a significant proportion of which has included complex matters involving financial institutions, investment funds and insurance companies established in the offshore Caribbean. I have particular experience acting for liquidators and other interested parties in large-scale investment fund disputes/collapses. I also undertake public law work involving regulators and governments (both for and against public bodies). In recent years I have worked with blockchain businesses, both litigating numerous complex crypto-related disputes, and helping to establish a DeFi trade finance project.
