William F. Maderer

Bill Maderer is the Managing Member of the Firm and specializes in employment litigation, complex business litigation, higher education law, internal corporate investigations and white collar criminal defense. He has successfully tried employment, business and criminal cases to verdict in both federal and state courts. He is also retained to conduct independent investigations to assist clients in detecting employee misconduct in both civil and criminal matters. Prior to joining Saiber, Bill was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey (1974-1980) where he was Chief of the Special Prosecution Division (1977-1980).
