The Heavy Civil Construction team has been part of LVI since 2016 and focuses on working with General Contractors who build and self-perform work on large civil infrastructure projects. We also work a number of Engineering firms recruiting for Design-Build, P3, Construction Management and Alternative Delivery divisions. We specialize in recruiting any position from the bidding & acquisition of projects through construction to completion and commissioning. Our most common placements are: Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, Senior Estimator / Estimator, Project Director / Executive, VP of Ops, Superintendent, General Superintendent, Project Engineer & Field Engineer. The Heavy Civil team has a wide variety of clients that are connected by a common thread: building heavy civil infrastructure. We work with several of the top 20 largest contractors in the USA according to ENR, but also frequently work with smaller, city-based contractors. State-wide and regional contractors also make up a large portion of our business.
