Highlights of my accomplishments include: ➤ Significantly increasing shareholder value by overseeing company spin-offs, debt refinancing and 278 restaurant acquisitions during a 5-month long reorganization. ➤ Renegotiating and converting capital leases to reduce lease financing obligations by $91M, assets under lease financing obligations by $59.5M and leading to recorded deferred gains of $27M+ within two years. ➤ Creating a streamlined sale-leaseback program that enabled closing on up to 36 transactions per quarter, yielding $175M in proceeds. ➤ Saving $125K+ per year in internal litigation expenses and $350K+ in outside counsel fees by launching a new litigation management process and effectively disposing of disputes. ➤ Assuring company compliance with NLRA and NLRB rules and defeating 100% of organizing group charges before the NLRB, containing a rise in union organizing activities.
