• Accountable for the strategic development and lead execution of the Renal-Cardiovascular Medical Plan in support of US and global medical objectives • Lead the development and execution of the US-MA Operations Strategy Plan in support of business objectives across multiple teams and locations• Collaborate with US IT, GMA and Commercial Operations for the development and deployment of key enhancements to MA platforms• Accountable for successful deployment, communication, and training for each CRM enhancements release• Responsible to ensure US-MA alignment with GMA platform strategy and reporting methodology across multiple systems and multiple teams within MA and GMA• Collaborate with US-MA stakeholders to ensure leadership support and communication of change management regarding platforms and technologies• Responsible to ensure governance over US-MA platforms and technologies• Contribute subject matter expertise (SME) and/or technical expertise to US-MA and GMA platforms and technologies• Provide SME to support development of key enhancements for US-MA platforms that enable simplification• Coordinate with AZ Vendors related to US-MA platforms and technologiesSpecialties: Research and scientific liaison/consultant for neuroscience products.
