William Rogers

Attorney with more than 25 years of experience in integrity and compliance monitoring, integrity background screening, fraud prevention and detection and risk assessment. I have overseen large compliance monitorships, including that for the World Trade Center Recovery and Clean-Up Project, and have directed integrity background screening engagements for high profile capital construction projects. Most recently, I managed a team of analysts in connection with an Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") and Bank Secrecy Act ("BSA") transactional review for a large financial institution. I joined K2 Intelligence through its acquisition of Thacher Associates.Prior to joining Thacher Associates, I was Deputy Inspector General for the New York City School Construction Authority in charge of the prequalification and audit and analysis units. I conducted contractor qualification reviews and investigations, supervised corporate monitors and investigative audit initiatives, and oversaw systems reviews and analyses. Prior to the SCA OIG, I served as Deputy Inspector General for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection and as Director of the Disciplinary Unit for the New York City Fire Department.
