- Extensive work experience in regulatory & compliance reporting, technology & systems implementation, data analysis and migration projects within Fin Tech, Banking and Pension domains. - Working experience in projects involving major regulatory changes impacting trading and banking systems. E.g. Dodd-Frank/Volcker Rule, BASEL, BCBS239 (RDARR), FRTB, OSFI CCR, Margins, LIBOR, Client Onboarding. - Knowledgeable about data requirements and architecture supporting Market and Credit risk, VAR and SVAR and Market Data systems. E.g. Data flow and lineage used for valuation and pricing of trading and banking assets and liabilities, this includes trade, position, security, issuer, market, counterparties and reference data from different data providers. - Understanding of different asset classes (listed and derivatives) and financial products with emphasis on risk reporting and limit monitoring. Knowledge on Greek valuations, P&L attributions, risk values / charges (risk metrics, sensitivities, and curves) and trade life cycle. - Experience on pension (buy side) for performance analysis and reporting: PnL reporting, PnL calculation & attribution, Dollars Earned and Benchmark Tracking. - Participation in many SDLC projects: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, JAD with strong comprehension and adaptability to different project delivery methodologies. - Expertise in management of key functions and artifacts in SDLC including: Project Management, Target Architecture, Target Operating Model, Workflow and Data Flow Analysis, Requirements Definition and Capture, Business Case Development, Roadmaps and Implementation Planning, Testing Strategy and User Acceptance Testing, Conversion Planning and Management. - Expertise in solution and integration testing (SIT/UAT/BAT/Regression): QA testing, test execution and management, writing and reviewing comprehensive test strategies, plans and test cases, data mock-up, test coordination, variance analysis, defect triage, defect tracking and management. - Excellent communication and soft skills. Able to develop trust and maintain working relationships. Ability to clearly communicate business concepts and requirements to technical developers and technical details and implementation logic to business stakeholders. - Strong computing and data analysis skills (SQL, Python, Excel Visual Basic, etc.). Strong database skills and hands-on experience with large datasets. Knowledge of different ETL processes. - Experience with enterprise technologies: JIRA, Confluence, HPALM/ HPQC, HP Worksite, Salesforce, CRM, SharePoint, Project, Visio, Tableau.
