As a Facility Manager/Operating Engineer with a great deal of experience, education, and certifications. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for maintenance and secure running of inner city buildings within the public school system of the New York City Department of Education. Under my direction and management, the operation of these buildings has been safe and efficient; from the heating and cooling systems, to the facility and housekeeping staff, to the procurement of supplies. My commitment to the New York City Department of Education contributed to the safe, smooth operation of all buildings and plants I was in charge of. But now i feel as if it is time to have a change to expand my horizons and have new challenges in my life. I am currently seeking new opportunities in the facilities feild. Hotels, Hospitals, Residential buildings some where that has the challenges that will keep me moving forward. I am seeking new employment and hope to find some connections here.
